Digital Signature Certificate issuance
An RA platform for Certifying Authorities: online enrolment and KYC for subscribers, two-level review for your officers, and a utility that loads the certificate onto a USB token.
Subscriber portal
Identity checks, documents, a verification video and payment, all completed in the browser.
Aadhaar OTP, biometric or offline e-KYC, PAN verification, and a separate flow for foreign nationals.
Register an organisation once, verify its GSTIN, then enrol employees with an authorised signatory who approves each one.
OTP on mobile and email before enrolment, and a name match against telecom and bank records.
Subscribers record their verification video on the spot. If an officer asks for a new one, they re-record it from their dashboard.
Choose class, type and validity, add a crypto token and support plan, apply a coupon and pay online.
eSign the subscriber agreement, request key escrow, replace or revoke a certificate, and review eSign history.
What subscribers see
How it works
The subscriber confirms their mobile number and email, then picks a certificate.
They complete KYC, upload documents, record the video and pay.
After CA approval they sign the agreement, set a passcode and download the certificate.
CA verification
Your officers see the full KYC record and evidence, decide, and every decision is recorded.
Level-1 checks the documents and video; Level-2 gives final approval. Each has its own queue.
Tick the evidence that failed, pick a reason, and the subscriber re-uploads just those items. A name mismatch closes the application.
Level-2 approval captures a short officer video, and each decision records the officer and their IP address.
Approve, reject or hold organisation records, and confirm authorised signatories by phone verification.
Today's work, any status over a date range, or a search by identifier, exported to Excel.
Reports and listings are limited to each officer's records; administrators see everything.
Token utility
A Windows app that creates the key pair on the token and loads the issued certificate.
The app generates the key pair on the token, sends only the request, and loads the certificate back.
Supported token makes are kept in a central list, and the app tells the subscriber when several tokens are plugged in.
Downloads need the application number and passcode. A token still on its default PIN must be changed first.
